Welcome to www.e-jumble.com (the “Website”), and thank you for visiting.
These terms of use (the “Terms of Use”) apply to any use of the website E-jumble.com (the “Website”) starting from February 1, 2024, whether accessed via your computer, mobile device, or any other software application. They also apply to all services offered by E-jumble and to all agreements entered into by E-jumble for the use of the Website and its services. By visiting our Website, you agree to these Terms of Use. E-jumble advises every user of the Website or any of its services (“User”) to read these Terms of Use before use. E-jumble may amend these Terms of Use from time to time, so we recommend reading them regularly.
Users can offer or search for products and services on the Website, both free and paid, to E-jumble (the “Advertisement”). An Advertisement includes, among other things, the title and description of the offered or sought-after products or services.

Additional Terms for Various E-jumble Services
Additional terms of use may apply to specific E-jumble services. These additional terms are part of the Terms of Use and will prevail in case of conflicts with one or more other terms of use. This will be separately indicated when using a service subject to these additional terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data and protect your privacy when using our Website.
- Minors
E-jumble services are only accessible to minor Users if they have obtained permission from their legal representative or if it is customary in society for a minor of that age to independently perform the relevant act.

Prohibited Use of the Website
The User may not copy, reproduce, and/or disclose the content of the Website, except for RSS feeds for personal use and/or news articles up to a maximum of 100 Advertisements or 100 hyperlinks to Advertisements. This includes, for example, use in personal blogs or other personal websites. The User is not allowed to modify the content of the Website, except as described in these Terms of Use.
The User is not allowed to collect personal data of Users placing Advertisements on the Website (“Advertisers”) (including email addresses and phone numbers) or to contact Advertisers for offering their own products and/or services.
The database of Advertisements is subject to E-jumble’s database right. This means that the User is not allowed to request and reuse a substantial part of the content of the Advertisement database and/or to repeatedly and systematically request and reuse non-substantial parts of the content of the Advertisement database as defined by the Database Law unless the above-mentioned exception for personal use and/or news articles is met. The User is also not allowed to display hyperlinks to Advertisements on another website unless prior written permission from E-jumble is obtained or unless the above-mentioned exception for personal use and/or news articles is met.
Unless E-jumble has given permission for it, placing Advertisements on the Website via an automated system or in any other way than through the dashboard options of a seller account is not allowed.
It is not allowed to place Advertisements on behalf of or on behalf of third parties unless E-jumble has given permission.

Violations and Enforcement
For your safety and to prevent abuse, it is possible to let the contact between the advertiser and buyer take place through E-jumble servers, utilizing reCAPTCHA 3.
To report illegal and infringing Advertisements, offensive content, complaints about scams, and other issues, you can report through our Info and contact page.
If we receive indications and/or complaints from other Users or have other reasons to believe that a certain User is not acting in accordance with the law and/or the Terms of Use and/or the Privacy Policy, we may, if deemed necessary for safety reasons and to protect our Users, take the following measures. E-jumble may also take these measures if your use of the Website is unreasonable, such as hindering other Users or disrupting the proper functioning of the Website: a. E-jumble may exclude the relevant User from E-jumble services or limit certain functionalities for this User. This may include, for example, suspension of the account of the User, the removal of reviews, the limited ability to place Advertisements or comments, and/or b. E-jumble may remove one or more Advertisements from the User without a refund of the subscription fees paid by the User; and/or
In the context of the above-mentioned measures, E-jumble may process the personal data of those involved. If necessary, E-jumble may, within the limits of the law, disclose the personal data of those involved, for example, to the police. The process is further described in our Privacy Policy.

We Provide No Guarantees
We cannot guarantee that our services will always meet your expectations. We also cannot guarantee that the Website functions flawlessly and/or that continuous and/or secure access to the Website or parts thereof can be obtained. All information and figures on the Website are subject to typographical or clerical errors.

Limitation of Liability E-jumble
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any damage suffered by a User due to: (i) the use of E-jumble services; (ii) the unavailability or unsafe availability of the Website or parts thereof; (iii) incorrect information on the Website; (iv) the purchase of third-party services or the use of purchased products through the Website; (v) changes to E-jumble services or changes to or on the Website; (vi) the User’s actions in violation of the Terms of Use and/or applicable laws and regulations. If, for any reason, we are still liable, our liability is limited to the maximum of (a) the total compensation paid by the User to E-jumble during the 6 months preceding the action causing liability, or (b) €150, whichever is higher.

Changes to Services and the Website
E-jumble can change the Website or parts thereof at any time. We may also change or terminate our services at any time. We will strive to announce such a change or termination within a reasonable period before it takes effect.
- Third-Party Websites and Services
The Website contains references to third-party websites (for example, through a hyperlink or banner). E-jumble has no control or influence over the content of these websites. The (privacy) rules of that respective website apply on these websites. If you have questions about these rules of third-party websites, we refer you to their respective websites. This also applies to the use of services from external service providers, such as third-party payment services. The use of these services will be subject to the (privacy) rules of the respective service provider.
- Complaints Procedure
Illegal and infringing Advertisements, offensive content, complaints about scams, and other issues regarding E-jumble or our advertisers can be reported through our Info and contact page. A User can file a complaint about the alleged violation of Regulation (EU) 2019/1150 (if applicable), technical issues, and measures or behaviors of E-jumble that have significant consequences for the User. Complaints about a deficiency in the service must be submitted in a timely manner, with a period of 2 months considered timely. Complaints must be fully and clearly described. We will strive to respond within 14 days after the complaint is filed. If this is not possible, we will provide an indication of the response time within 14 days after the complaint is filed.
- Miscellaneous Provisions
E-jumble is located at Uitmaat 13, 6987 ER Giesbeek. E-jumble has the phone number 06-20615385 and is registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 56979894. E-jumble can change the Terms of Use or parts thereof at any time. E-jumble will strive to announce such a change within a reasonable time before it comes into effect. The changes take effect within a reasonable time after they are announced or after you have used the Website and/or E-jumble services again after the change, whichever occurs earlier.
If we do not enforce a provision in the Terms of Use, it does not mean that we waive the right to enforce it at a later time or against another User. Agreements that deviate from what is stated in the Terms of Use are only valid if confirmed in writing by E-jumble. If one or more provisions of the Terms of Use are declared invalid by a competent court, this does not affect the other provisions of the Terms of Use. Notifications to E-jumble (other than regarding infringing or otherwise unlawful Advertisements) can be addressed to E-jumble, Uitmaat 13, 6987 ER Giesbeek. Notifications to Users will be sent to the provided email address, or by registered mail if applicable and an address is available. Notifications sent by registered mail will be deemed to have been received 5 (five) working days after the date of dispatch. E-jumble is always entitled to transfer its rights and obligations from agreements related to E-jumble services to one of its group companies. Users will be informed about this. These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and E-jumble, replacing all previous agreements. The agreements resulting from all E-jumble services and the Terms of Use are governed by Dutch law. In the event of a dispute arising from these agreements or the Terms of Use, only the court in Arnhem will have jurisdiction, unless the dispute is submitted to the Consumer Affairs Disputes Committee. You can also submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform. If the User acts as a consumer (a natural person not acting in the course of a profession or business), the User has the option to choose within one month after E-jumble invokes the jurisdiction of the court in Arnhem, for settlement of the dispute by the competent court according to the law.
13. Experiences
Users may be asked to provide a rating for an Advertiser with whom they have communicated about an Advertisement or had a lot of interaction.
E-jumble has no influence on the ratings via Experiences. It may happen that a rating does not (completely) accurately reflect the actual situation.
A rating: a. must be truthful; b. must relate to the respective Advertiser; c. must relate to the Advertisement for which the option to rate is offered; d. must not be done with the likely intent to harm the Advertiser or otherwise abuse Experiences.
14. Information Obligations for Advertisers
14.1 All Advertisers must provide their personal (contact) information or company information correctly and ensure that it is accurate and up-to-date.
14.2 If there are legal (information) obligations applicable to the Advertiser or E-jumble, the Advertiser must comply with them. If E-jumble is legally obliged to identify the Advertiser or request additional (business or contact) information, the Advertiser is obliged to provide the information promptly.
14.3 An Advertiser acting in a commercial or professional capacity for purposes related to their trade, business, craft, or professional activity, in addition to their legal obligations in that regard and any additional conditions (as referred to in Article 2), is also bound by ..
